Annual plans (Essential ₹9,990/year · Growth ₹19,990/year · Pro ₹34,990/year) carry a 7-day refund window from the date of payment.

If you cancel within 7 days of your annual payment, we refund the unused months on a pro-rata basis: (unused complete months ÷ 12) × annual price paid. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. WhatsApp us at +91 76559 32489 to request it.

After 7 days: no refund on annual plans. Cancel any time on WhatsApp. The autopilot stops. The website does not.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by sending STOP on WhatsApp to +91 76559 32489. Your service continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Your subscription renews at ₹999/month, or your chosen tier rate, on the same date each month. No partial-month refunds are issued.

Cancel any day. Your website, domain, business number and WhatsApp account stay yours if you cancel. The domain runs until it expires at no cost. Moving it to your own registrar account is optional — ₹299 one-time. The autopilot stops, but everything your customers see keeps working.

To move the domain, WhatsApp us and we start the transfer — Purpilot initiates it within 3 business days of your request.
