Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Purpilot. This policy explains when and how refunds apply.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
If you cancel your monthly subscription, your website remains live until the end of the current billing period. No charge is made for the following month.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided your website has not yet been delivered and gone live.
Once your website is live, annual subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your website will remain live for the remainder of the paid annual period.
Delivery Failure Refund
If we fail to deliver your website within 48 hours of subscription (barring circumstances requiring your input — such as approval or missing business information), you are entitled to a full refund of your first payment, regardless of plan or billing cycle.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us via WhatsApp at 9348354554 or email hello@purpilot.com with:
- Your business name
- Your subscription date
- The reason for your refund request
We will respond within 24 hours. Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
Founding Partner Refunds
Founding Partner status is non-transferable once the website is live. Refund eligibility follows the standard monthly or annual policy above.
