1. The service
Done-for-you digital presence (website, Google Business Profile, digital marketing) on a subscription basis.
2. Eligibility
Legally operating businesses in India with authority to enter these Terms and accurate information provided.
3. Subscription and payment
Monthly or annual billing in INR via Razorpay. Auto-renews unless cancelled. Annual: no refund on cancellation. Founding Partner pricing: 24-month lock from subscription start on subscribed tier only.
4. What we deliver
Website within 24 hours of subscription activation following review and approval. Features per selected plan tier.
5. Your responsibilities
Accurate business information; permissions for submitted content; valid payment method; legal compliance.
6. Intellectual property
You own your content. You grant Purpilot licence to use it for service delivery only. Purpilot owns platform and technology. Content available for export 30 days post-termination.
7. Cancellation
Monthly: anytime, access until period end. Annual: anytime, no refund for remaining months.
8. Limitation of liability
Limited to 3 months of fees paid. No indirect or consequential losses. No guarantee of specific business outcomes.
9. Service availability
High availability target, no guarantee. Third-party downtime (Google, WhatsApp, Razorpay) outside our control.
10. Changes
Material changes notified 14 days in advance by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
Indian law. Jurisdiction: Odisha, India.
