Subscriber businesses: name, address, phone, services, photos, billing (Razorpay). Website visitors: anonymised usage data only. Enquiries: contact details submitted via booking forms, collected on behalf of subscriber businesses.
3. How we use information
Build and maintain digital presence; provide analytics; process payments; comply with Indian law. Not used for advertising or profiling.
4. Data sharing
Not sold or rented. Shared only with essential service providers (hosting, payments, communications) and regulatory authorities when required by law.
5. Data retention
Subscriber data retained for subscription duration plus 12 months, then deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Access, correction, deletion on request to hello@purpilot.com. Response within 30 days.
7. Security
Encrypted storage, HTTPS, access controls. Payments via Razorpay exclusively — not stored on our servers.
8. Cookies
Essential and anonymised analytics only. No advertising cookies.
